Here are our answers to the most common questions we get asked.

  • Yes, we are happy to travel for projects outside of the Greater Vancouver Area.

  • We do not. For us, the joy is in seeing a project through to the end. If we stopped before a home was furnished and styled, we’d feel like we were leaving it undone.

  • Design fees are billed on an hourly basis as every project is unique. Book a consultation to get a custom design fee estimate.

  • Ideally, our collaboration begins in the first planning stages. So it’s best if we are on board from the very beginning.

  • Your complimentary phone call is only 15 minutes long. It allows us to meet, ensure that we can meet your project needs, and schedule an in-home consultation.

    Your on-site consultation is more in-depth. It includes an estimate of design fees for your particular project, based on the scope of work discussed during consultation. It’s also an opportunity for us to learn about each other and determine if the project feels like a fit for both sides. A consultation is valued at $250. (Site visits outside of the city are $300 and up depending on location.)
